Pressure Washing is used for tougher surfaces, but always at the minimal necessary pressure to clean effectively without damage. Protecting your property is our top priority while ensuring outstanding results.

Patio/Concrete

We start by pretreating your patio or concrete with a biodegradable solution to break down dirt and grime. After a 15-20 minute dwell time, we use a commercial-grade pressure washer with a surface cleaner for even, safe cleaning. The result is a dramatic transformation, and we go over it a second time to ensure a flawless finish.

Protecting your Landscaping

We understand concerns about landscaping, and our goal is to enhance your home’s beauty without harm. The key is in the dosage—we use the mildest effective solution and thoroughly water your plants before and after to ensure complete dilution. Furthermore, we cover the plants with painter's tarp to prevent any contact. Rest assured, your flowers will stay just as vibrant as your freshly cleaned home. If for some reason the plants die, we replace them, no questions asked.
